CASPER, Wyo. (Release) - Graduation ceremonies for fall and spring University of Wyoming-Casper graduates will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 13, at the David Street Station outdoor location.

The UW-Casper in-person outdoor commencement will follow the state, Natrona County Public Health and UW COVID-19 guidelines.

The ceremony will emulate UW’s main campus mitigation strategies with an abbreviated program of speakers, followed by the awarding of degrees to graduates, says Brent Pickett, UW-Casper dean. There will be no processional or recessional marches, and the stage party will be limited in number.

The graduation will be a catered event with staff serving guests, Pickett adds.

For more information about the ceremony, call Carrie Gomez, UW-Casper senior program coordinator, at (307) 268-2713 or email cgomez2@uwyo.edu.
