CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Mayor Patrick Collins joined Street & Alley Manager, Randy Hickman, last week to fill potholes in town.

With our annual freeze and thaw cycle, potholes will inevitably emerge and/or expand on our roadways.

Mayor Collins and Randy filled a concrete pothole along W. 20th St. and Pioneer Ave. followed by filling asphalt potholes on Snyder Ave. on the south side.

Street & Alley crews work year-round filling potholes using different materials depending on temperature and time of year.

Their work does not end there, however, as they’re also responsible for street sweeping, alley/road blading, snowplowing, and inlet cleaning.

If you see a pothole in town, visit www.cheyennecity.org/ReportaConcern and fill out our pothole form. Doing so notifies City staff to take care of it.
