CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

Smoke is still a huge factor in the weather forecast. The skies are hazy and blurry looking. Luckily, there is going to be a shift in the smoke conditions. The heaviest smoke this afternoon will be along the northern and southern borders. The smoke will clear out from the west today. The lighter smoke conditions will clear across the center of the state, making a huge difference in the air quality. There will be a heavy pocket of smoke effecting Sheridan though. The heavy smoke will begin pushing back towards the southwest with heavy pockets south of Casper, Riverton, and Sheridan.

An area in the northeast and northwest corners are under the warnings until Tuesday (today) at 1PM. Though there is suspicion that the Air Quality Warnings will be extended. With the continuing dry conditions and warmer temperatures, Fire Weather Warnings are also expected to be extended and continue.
