CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Natrona County Schools are off to a successful start this school year.

NCSD says they will continue to keep parents updated on important information such as bus delays. The school district will also update their Covid-Reporting Dashboard bi-weekly.

If any parents have any questions regarding the student handbook in relation to dress code, attendances, or other topics discussed, it is recommended to contact their child’s teacher for clarification.

NCSD wants to remind community members to watch out for buses. Last week, over 20 drivers throughout the district passed stopped school buses.

“I know we are all in a hurry. We all have great things that we’re doing, but if that bus is stopped and that stop sign is out and those red lights are out please, just you have to stop and watch out for kiddos. Just give it a couple minutes, and those drivers do their best and those kiddos will be seated or off the bus safely and then everybody will be on their way,” said Tanya Southerland, the Director of Public Relations for NCSD.

NCSD encourages all parents to follow their social media for important updates.
