Cooler Start To This Week
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
A broad area of clouds and rain continued moving East this morning. This system brought a few scattered showers to the southeast as it made its way through. As it continues clearing out, more scattered showers will be seen and clouds will be left behind for a while.
We can expect to see rain continuing through the afternoon and evening hours of today. There is also another chance of seeing some rain tomorrow afternoon, as the tail end of this system make its way East. Tomorrow night, the rain should clear out and it will take the remainder of the clouds with it.
The smoke forecast look incredible for the next two days. There will be very light smoke conditions. This afternoon, the heaviest of the light smoke will be in the northern half of the state. By tomorrow afternoon, the heaviest of the light smoke will make its way into the southwestern corner. For now, the smoke looks to remain fairly light going into Wednesday morning.
