Local food pantry looking for help feeding hundreds of families in Cheyenne

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Cheyenne) - St. Joseph’s Food Pantry is seeking monetary and food donations for the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, this non-profit is expecting to assist 500+ families by providing groceries for Thanksgiving dinner. St. Joseph’s Food Pantry is open to all community members in need of assistance. The Pantry is in need of:
* Frozen turkeys (12-15 lbs)
* Canned green beans
* Canned corn
* Canned sweet potatoes
* Cream of mushroom soup
* Jellied cranberries
* Gravy mix (no glass jars)
* French Fried onions
* Vegetable oil
* Jars of mayonnaise (no glass jars)
* Mini marshmallows
* Instant mashed potatoes (26-18 oz. Box)
Mail checks to PO Box 1141, Cheyenne, Wy, 82003, or drop off donations at 206 Van Lennen Avenue any time during open hours of Monday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 12:50 pm. All donations are greatly appreciated! Visit www.stjosepantry.org for more information about the Pantry.
