Southeast Wyoming welcomed warmth in the Cheyenne region as temperatures rose above 40F Sunday. That is due to a frontal boundary that has stalled over Wyoming from the northwest to southeast part of the state. There is a tight pressure gradient east of the quasi-stationary boundary that will produce breezy winds in eastern Wyoming. A couple High Wind Warnings have been issued today west of Cheyenne along I-80. They expire by Monday at 5:00pm. A Winter Storm Watch is issued along the west Wyoming border where snow showers will start Monday and expire by Wednesday at 11:00pm. A Wind Chill Watch that started in northeast Wyoming has now expanded to the eastern third of Wyoming that spans from Wednesday to Friday. Low temperatures combined with the wind are going to harsh from Wednesday to Friday.

A couple High Wind Warnings remain after a wild wintery week of weather. These warnings will expire Sunday morning and temperatures will warm some going into the afternoon. It will still be breezy in localized valleys and the Wyoming eastern interior with gusts in the mid 20 mph range in the morning and afternoon hours. The breeze-swept region will migrate to southeast Wyoming Monday morning gusting past 30 mph to start the week. A week of breezy winds in Wyoming will be upstream of the Wind Chill Watch in northeast Wyoming, across much of South Dakota and north-central Nebraska from Monday to Friday as a tight pressure gradient and a cold air mass settle over the region for several days.

Heavy snow is in the forecast. While most of us enjoyed a warm Sunday, a large winter weather system is engulfing the western United States. Snow showers are currently over the west Wyoming border spilling from north Utah and east Idaho. Monday morning will bring snow north and south of the Wind River Range. It won’t be until Monday evening when a large influx of moisture from northern Colorado and the Central Plains injects additional moisture along the cold front that will have passed most of Wyoming. The moisture from the plains will overrun the frontal boundary and produce large amounts of snow on the west side of the boundary into eastern Wyoming, northwest Nebraska, and southwest South Dakota.

Skies were bright and temperatures were above average Saturday. This warming trend will carry into Sunday for east Wyoming. Sunday high temperatures will be in the mid 40s to mid 50s in eastern Nebraska. Central and west Wyoming will be in the low 40s to 30s. Overnight low temperatures will be at or below freezing in eastern Wyoming with the exception of west Nebraska and the western half of Wyoming in the low 20s and teens.

There will not be a traditional cold front moving through Monday. Another frontal boundary south of Wyoming will block any deep cold air from filling in behind it. The cold air will deepen east of Wyoming over the central plains. The frontal boundary laying across Utah and Colorado will add some moisture to southern Wyoming to start the week though the most significant snowfall will be held mostly in the Medicine Bow Mountains where a Winter Weather Advisory is issued until Tuesday at 8:00 am. About half a foot of snow in Jackson Hole and the Medicine Bow Mountains are forecasted. The western and northern borders are forecasted to have several inches, 2-4″, and Cheyenne/Laramie is forecasting 1 to 2 inches of snow.

Eastern Wyoming will continue to warm into Sunday. The west side of the state will see clouds and snow showers build over the border, the Teton and Wind River Ranges by noon. By the evening, a shallow cold front will push snow showers across the northern Wyoming border into Sheridan. In the early Monday morning hours, moisture north of another frontal boundary centered in Nevada will push moisture into southern Wyoming. This moisture and snow showers will come from northeast Utah and northwest Colorado filling in up to the Medicine Bow Mountains. There will be few, if any, snow showers that make it past this point into Laramie and Cheyenne as they are forecasted to have 1 inch of snow.

Wind gusts will increase into the night hours. High Wind Warnings are valid in the northeast, central, and southeast Wyoming until Monday at 5:00am. The highest wind prone southeast region encompasses Garrett and Laramie to the north and Laramie and Cheyenne to the south. Wind gusts at this area can gust in excess of 60 mph. There are already partial closures on I-25 between Cheyenne and Wheatland and I-80 from Cheyenne to Rawlins for light and high profile vehicles. Winds will slowly migrate to the southeast in the Monday morning hours toward Cheyenne. Speeds will have decreased by noon from 30 to 40 mph in the Capital City.

Light snow showers tracked south-southeast in Wyoming Saturday as temperatures decline over the next few days. A couple inches of snow in cities and several in the mountains are forecasted. Sunday is going to be very windy in southeast Wyoming. Monday into Tuesday will produce more snowfall than the weekend. Be cautious of road conditions deteriorating during this time.

Overnight clouds will start to fill in from the west and north tonight. Showers will start along the northwest borders Saturday morning at sunrise. Through the course of the day, snow showers will move southeast reaching Riverton and Casper in the afternoon hours. Near dusk, the leading edge of snow showers will reach Cheyenne and continue into Sunday morning. However, this snow event will leave the Capital City to Colorado before sunrise Sunday morning. In the storms wake snowfall totals will range from 2 to 3″ from Jackson Hole to Yellowstone, 1 to 2 inches in north-central Wyoming, and an inch or less in eastern Wyoming. Expect some road delays as snowfall will slicken road surfaces.

Sunday marked the start of a consistent weather pattern that will persist until midweek. Average seasonal temperatures, partly cloudy skies and breezy winds in southeast Wyoming will eliminate any guessing of what will be the forecast. The Capital City saw some snow melt off in the afternoon with mostly sunny skies reaching a high temperature of 48F. Cheyenne and the eastern half of the state will continue to see some melt off the next few days. Be cautious of icy roads that may refreeze.

Temperatures continue to warm over the weekend. We have seen the last of the frigid temperatures as we had at the end of this week. We will have to settle for just plain cold in the night and morning hours. Temperatures will warm into Sunday by an average of 10 degrees for the daytime highs. While heavier cloud coverage surrounded Wyoming, the Cowboy State will remain mostly clear to partly cloudy for the next few days. Tonight’s low temperatures will be in the low 20s and upper teens around the Cheyenne region with colder temperatures of lower teens and single digits out west.

The more significant snowfall is forecasted Monday afternoon as additional clouds and moisture start around the Wyoming-Montana border start to move south. Snow showers will persist Monday night into Tuesday morning. Snowfall amounts will be highest in the Sheridan-Gillette-Buffalo region at 2 to 3 inches. Central Wyoming will have 1 to 2 inches of snowfall. Outside of the previously mentioned, trace to 1 inch is possible. Low temperatures will be in the teens mostly across the state with some single digits mixed throughout. Tomorrows high temperatures will be below 40F in west Nebraska and at or below freezing throughout Wyoming. These temperatures will persist into Tuesday before a slight warm-up occurs ahead of the cold front Thursday.

Below average high temperatures across the state will continue to cool Sunday afternoon as a cold front with some clouds continue to track east. There will be some isolated snow showers in central Wyoming starting at the northern border Sunday morning. Through the morning and afternoon, the snow showers will trickle south and drop trace amounts of snowfall throughout central Wyoming. Cheyenne will stay dry mostly with the bulk of snow activity to the southwest over Medicine Bow and I-80 south of Elk Mountain after sunset. Monday more clouds will fill in bringing snow showers along with it. These showers will have more significant snowfall amounts than Sunday. One to two inches are forecasted over the central part of Wyoming. These clouds and snow showers will stick around Monday night into Tuesday morning before the snowfall ceases and skies clear. Expect a lot of the moderate delays to remain across state highways especially in north and central Wyoming. Tonight low temperatures will be in the 20s and teens mostly and even colder at the north and western borders.

A cool, pleasant weekend concludes with some warming forecasted to start the week off. This is good news for any outdoor Halloween festivities. Aside from warmer daytime temperatures starting Monday, breezy winds may seep into the early evening hours as sun sets around 6:00pm. From sunset to midnight temperatures will be from the low 50s to the 40s in the Cheyenne region so wearing a layer or two of clothing below your costume will keep you and others warm. High temperatures will be mostly in the 60s through Wednesday. Tonight’s low temperatures will be in the 20s and 30s state-wide.

Average seasonal temperatures are a great start to the weekend forecast. This trend will hold steady the next few days with some warming going into Monday. Sunday will be very similar temperature-wise with the exception for outgoing clouds. By Sunday afternoon, clear skies will be over Wyoming with Cheyenne and the southeast last to clear cloud coverage. Temperatures are at or below freezing across the state tonight. Colder temperatures along the western border will be in the teens. Sunday high temperatures will range from the mid 60s to 50s with 40s out west.

Monday will be a great day to spend outdoors before a cold front arrives Tuesday. Few clouds, above average temperatures and breezy winds up to 30mph in some areas will be all the weather to conclude the holiday weekend. Tonight’s low temperatures will range from the 30s to low 40s. Tomorrow’s high temperatures won’t change much from Sunday. The mid 60s out west will warm to the 70s in the eastern part of Wyoming. Tuesday will be a swift weather event as clouds build to the north before sunrise. By sunrise, rain showers, a couple isolated thunderstorms and possibly a mix of rain/snow in the higher elevations will develop along the northern Wyoming border. These rain showers are going to stay primarily in the northeast half of the state as the cold front swoops through Wyoming in the morning and afternoon hours. By early evening Tuesday, almost all the weather will have pushed east with the exception of western Nebraska.

Temperatures were several degrees above average today with few clouds in the sky. A thunderstorm or two were short-lived on the westside of the Wind River Range Mountains this afternoon. A few showers and storms in northern Colorado stayed put mostly and moved south with the steering flow. The rest of Wyoming had pleasant weather conditions. Sunday morning will have near freezing temperatures and patchy frost as a result in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska panhandle. However, frost will melt quickly after sunrise as little cloud cover will be present in the morning. The afternoon forecast calls for some warming of temperatures and light winds.

A significant change to the upper low is the direction it is heading. While it was forecasted to continue northeast, it has diverted southeast zeroing in on the Dakotas next. Another line of storms swept through Wyoming Sunday. The National Weather Service added additional caution from south central Wyoming to northeast Wyoming upgrading the region to marginal storms that includes small hail and high winds. Southeast Montana and the Black Hills National Forrest both had severe thunderstorm warnings issued though no storm reports have been reported.

Sunday morning, patches of fog are likely in areas where there was rainfall in addition to temperatures and dewpoints matching or get close to each other. Low temperatures will be in the 40s mostly with temperatures near freezing in the northwest. Sunday, fog will lift from the surface into the morning hours. It also calls for a return of afternoon showers and storms in the eastern part of Wyoming in addition to the northern and southern borders as the upper level low tracks northeast into Montana and the Dakotas over the next few days. Winds will gust in the afternoon along I-80 and in Casper above 20mph. Winds will decrease in speed and showers will dissipate into the Sunday evening hours. By Monday, the largest rain totals are forecasted in Yellowstone, Wheatland and the northeast from .25″ to .50″.

Temperatures dropped some in the Cheyenne region Sunday compared to Saturday. The rest of the state saw temperatures remain unchanged or a few degrees warmer than Saturday. There was a stripe of clouds from Yellowstone to Cheyenne that hung around for the afternoon. Look for those clouds to scatter overnight. Monday night skies will be clear to permit an excellent viewing opportunity of Jupiter for any astronomy enthusiasts. Tonight’s low temperatures will be in the 40s with the 30s along the western border. Tomorrow’s high temperatures will be in the low 80s around the Nebraska panhandle and mostly 70s to low 80s throughout Wyoming.

A beautiful Saturday will be followed by an equally beautiful Sunday. Autumn is here with cool temperatures and more predictable weather systems as the polar front jet lowers from the north and will make weather events more frontal boundary based opposed to the warmer unstable atmosphere. It were breezy winds throughout Wyoming today. The eastern half of Wyoming was most effected as winds ranged from the mid 20s to 30mph. The winds will persist until around midnight when they lower to mostly single digits around the state. Tonight’s low temperatures will be in the 30s in higher elevations and out west and 40s around Cheyenne and to the north. Sunday high temperatures will lower some after an influx of cold air bringing the 70s to Wyoming and west Nebraska.

A couple thunderstorms made an appearance in northwest Wyoming Sunday afternoon. The rest of the state had few clouds, if any. Temperatures were warmer Sunday than yesterday. This trend will continue into tomorrow with peak high temperatures Monday and Tuesday before a cold front moves in Wednesday. Monday low temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s. Monday high temperatures will be in the 70s and 80s and mid 90s in west Nebraska. Most light smoke went north with the exception of the northern and eastern Wyoming borders. By Monday morning, that too will exit the state leaving clean air until Tuesday morning when a cold front from the north starts to push a thinner line of smoke back down over Wyoming. Stronger breezy winds from Rock Springs to El Mountain were above 30mph. The breezy winds will continue into the night and morning hours to some extent as it will set up what will be a very breezy Monday afternoon across Wyoming. Most locations will near 30mph in the afternoon hours while some locations in the higher elevations will near 40mph.

General thunderstorms and rain showers started in southwest Wyoming in the early afternoon. They streaked northeast through the afternoon, into the evening and even the morning hours as nocturnal storms will dissipate after midnight. After the long duration of weather Saturday and early Sunday, a warming and clearing will occur Sunday and Monday. Sunday morning low temperatures mostly range from the 40s to low 50s. Sunday high temperatures will start the warming trend with Wyoming temperatures in the low 80s and 70s with the exception for Wheatland and western Nebraska.

As a beautiful weather weekend concludes, we prepare for lithometers (smoke) opposed to hydrometers (rain) to start our weather week. Smoke and haze will pose a problem to those with breathing sensitivities outdoors Monday and Tuesday across much of Wyoming as westerly winds bring smoke in from the west and winds shift from the northeast in the northeast part of the state pulling the plume down across eastern and central Wyoming. Temperatures will warm Sunday to Monday about 10 degrees for high temperatures to the 80s in Wyoming and low 90s in west Nebraska. Low temperatures are mostly in the 40s.

Weather is much more favorable lately after the heat wave finally loosened its grip this week. Going from record high temperatures to frost advisories shows how volatile the weather can be. With the heat behind us, we can look forward to more fall-like temperatures in the near future as a cold front was able to break the high pressure blocking pattern that starved the region of moisture and brought unbearable heat. Clouds continue to clear Saturday evening and weather is a non-factor the next few days. Clouds will return early Tuesday morning in the western part of Wyoming ahead of the next encroaching cold front by mid-week. Currently, there is a frost advisory over Shirley Basin, Upper North Platte River Basin and Laramie County until 9am Sunday.

Over 10 high temperature records were broken in the last 24 hours throughout Wyoming. Additionally, there were 10 high temperatures reported at or over 100F Sunday. The weather pattern will not change for the next several days as ridging from Utah will intend into Wyoming as the high pressure blocks almost all moisture into the western states. Tonight’s low temperatures range from the mid 50′s to low 60′s. High temperatures in the east and northeast will be in the mid 90s to 100F as the hottest region.

Summer is not going away quietly. There are some near record breaking high temperatures forecasted to conclude the Labor Day holiday weekend. Sunday will be the hottest. One reason is due to the lack of cloud coverage over Wyoming the next several days. High pressure will build in the desert southwest lacking moisture that has typically funneled its way to Wyoming over the past several weeks. That will be the lacking ingredient over most of this week to produce unseasonably high temperatures in the last month of summer.

Sunday weather concluded with some breezy wind gust measurements across Wyoming. A dry cold front made its way from the north toward the southeast over the course of the day. Wind gusts were highest in Laramie at 44 mph and Rock Springs at 43 mph. Breezy conditions will decrease in speed to light wind speeds by midnight. Tonight’s low temperatures are cooler than last night. Low to mid 50s in southeast Wyoming while the remainder of the state has upper 40s to low 50s cool off the state after the cold front passage. Tomorrow high temperatures will be in the 80s.

Over the afternoon, the weather started to dissipate and turned to clouds as radar reflectivity decreased in returns. Winds gusted to 55 mph in Big Piney and Buffalo. Greybull, Rock Springs, Riverton, Rawlins, Casper and Douglas saw wind gusts above 40 mph. No wonder there were several Fire Weather Watches and Warnings issued by the NWS in the southeast quadrant of the state that expired at 8pm. It won’t be a surprise to see a reissuance of Fire Weather Watches and Warnings Sunday as low relative humidity and breezy winds will be the dominant weather as the feature.

Smoke originating from the 90,000 acre wildfire in Idaho is the main weather threat Sunday and Monday. With general thunderstorms forecasted to the west and northern parts of Wyoming Monday, inclement storm weather can solve an airborne weather problem. Smoke finally makes its way to northeast Wyoming Tuesday after blanketing the state for a couple days.

For Sunday, the thunderstorm outlook does not change much with the exception of general thunderstorms extending further east a bit into central Wyoming. This is due to the monsoon moisture being pulled from the southwest part of the country into the state of Wyoming. Cloud coverage will increase around noon and showers will develop soon after.

At this point, the trailing edge of clouds will be exiting Wyoming by Monday morning. This clearing will be brief as residual moisture from the wet weekend will cause cumulus fields to pop up Monday afternoon. Storms and rain showers will be much more isolated than the weekend weather. Higher terrain areas in the north and eastern Wyoming will be more prone to these few storms. Cheyenne is likely to see little if any weather besides some cloudy conditions.

A Flash Flood Watch will not expire until Sunday at midnight for most of Wyoming. Storms will start in western Wyoming by noon Sunday and progress eastward throughout the afternoon and into the evening. The eastern border is in a marginal thunderstorm area meaning heavy rain, small hail, and damaging winds are possible. Sunday we will be on the lookout for Severe Thunderstorm Warnings to the east and Flash Flood Warnings state-wide to conclude the weekend. Winds are not very significant by sustained measures gusting up to 30 mph in Torrington, Douglas and Gillette. Higher wind speeds will be associated with nearby thunderstorms.

Monday will start the continuance of high pressure building from the western Wyoming border. As a result, clearing weather to the east and a slow climb of high temperatures will occur throughout the week. There is a slight chance of rain showers and isolated thunderstorms to return Monday afternoon impacting the area from Laramie to South of Scottsbluff as a repeat event from Sunday. Besides this small area for weather recurrence, Wyoming hasn’t had this clear a weather forecast in awhile since the monsoon season started. High temperatures will warm slightly from Sunday ranging from the low 80s to the low 90s. Winds will be light gusting into the teens and up to 20mph during the day on the rare occasion.

High pressure will build from the northwest and push weather east over the next 24 hours as the stationary boundary lingers along the southern Wyoming border. Sunday afternoon general thunderstorms will develop over the southeast third of the state. Temperatures will remain cool as the stationary front takes its time to push south and clear to Colorado and Nebraska. Overnight temperatures will be in the low 60s to upper 50s in the Cheyenne region and low to upper 50s elsewhere in Wyoming. Tomorrows high temperatures will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s across the state.

Cheyenne Frontier Days was supposed to conclude with some chance showers and storms. Instead, Cheyenne was briefly overrun with smoke for almost an hour as visibility went down to 2 statute miles. After further investigation, preliminary reports were found of a wildfire in Carter Canyon near Gering, NE that started late Saturday. Some reports indicated an evacuation of Carter Canyon Road that same night as 1,000 acres had already burned. More recent reports have the wildfire as large as 13,000 acres with multiple starting points and a breeze of 20 mph adding to the fast growth throughout Sunday. Winds from the northeast will indicate whether Cheyenne will receive more smoke from the blaze. The Monday smoke forecast is not favorable. Throughout the day, smoke will become heavier until midnight when a change in wind direction will clear out southern Wyoming from the fumes and haze.

A few rain showers and thunderstorms moved into Cheyenne Saturday and across Wyoming Saturday. They were short-lived as the nature of these showers and storms would build and collapse within a couple radar scans. These showers covered Wyoming in the afternoon and stayed more to the south of the state as the afternoon continued. Temperatures will be in the lower 60s in the Cheyenne region tonight and the low 60s to upper 50s in the rest of the viewing area. Tomorrow high temperatures will be in the mid 80s in Cheyenne and the mid 90s for Nebraska and cities to the north of the Capital City.

Tonight’s low temperatures are in the low 60s to mid 50s. Monday will be mostly adverse weather-free with few clouds and a rare shower or storm. Isolated showers and storms are forecasted to hug the eastern Wyoming border but will likely develop further east with a lack of moisture. The lack of clouds will turn the heat up a notch to the upper 80s and low 90s throughout the state.

A cold front passed over Wyoming Saturday to provide some temperature relief into Sunday. While cooler temperatures are welcomed, there are stronger storms forecasted Sunday afternoon for eastern Wyoming. Wind gusts above 50 mph, heavy rain, and small hail are likely in the paths of these storms. East of Casper by 2pm and through Gillette by 6pm are likely locations and times for the most adverse weather.

Sunday was hot across Wyoming as weather was mostly absent. Monday will be even hotter. The only weather question is when clouds will start to fill the skies as all locations enter the max heating hours of the day. As of now, south and southeast Wyoming, to include the Nebraska panhandle, are forecasted for additional cloud coverage and the start of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms by 2 to 3pm. By this measure, it can thwart rising temperatures to reach as high as they would otherwise.

A few thunderstorms and rain showers made their way across Wyoming Saturday with above average temperatures. The heat won’t stop there as by Monday we may be facing record breaking high temperatures. Before that, Sunday will not have much weather besides the rising temperatures from the 90s to triple digits. Low temperatures tonight will be in the 50s and low 60s across Wyoming.

Sunday was warm across Wyoming before clouds developed into storms in the Cheyenne area. Two rounds of thunderstorms passed through Cheyenne Sunday. Temperatures were hot in Wyoming but not close to record breaking as we saw Saturday. All this weather is associated with a shallow cold front passing through. Relief from the heat will be felt Monday and Tuesday. Tonight low temperatures will be in the 50s. Tomorrow high temperatures will be in the upper 70s for Cheyenne and 80s for western Nebraska and the viewing area.

Sunday, high temperatures will heat up again but average 3 to 5 degrees cooler than Saturday for some relief. Wyoming will also return to the more common summer weather pattern as afternoon thunderstorms will develop in the southeast and northeast part of the state. Near Cheyenne, showers and storms will develop in the afternoon and strengthen as they move northeast into the Nebraska panhandle. Near sunset, northeast Wyoming will see storms pick-up as they move toward Sundance and South Dakota. These storms are capable of producing high winds and hail as head eastward. Breezy winds will return Sunday as a weak cold front moves through the state though gusts won’t exceed 30 mph as it passes. Winds will shift from the northwest to bring cooler air overnight and set up the high temperature drop Monday.

Monday isn’t all clear weather-wise for the holiday. The forecast has brought general thunderstorms west slightly to include southeast Wyoming for the afternoon and early evening hours. This can put a damper on outdoor activities and early evening fireworks though the storms will be less frequent and less intense than what we saw Sunday. As a result, the southeast Wyoming region will remain cloudy until around midnight before it pushes east toward Nebraska.

Sunday, more eastern Wyoming thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon hours. This time there is a more severe risk in northeast Wyoming and the eastern border. Small hail and high winds are the main threat associated with these storms. Outside the storms breezy winds from the southwest will gust above 20 mph across Wyoming in the afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will stay consistent for the next few days as no change of air mass occurs. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s and low 90s while low temperatures are in the mid 50s to low 60s.

Weather passed to the south again Sunday as it did Saturday. Rain showers and a few isolated thunderstorms started to develop along the southern Wyoming border. Then they migrated southeast into Utah and Colorado. Clouds in southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska will scatter overnight. Temperatures remained cool Sunday at 80F to the upper 60s for much of Wyoming. Tomorrow will start a warming trend for the next few days as temperatures will reach the upper 80s and low 90s Tuesday and Wednesday. Low temperatures tonight will be in the low 50s to mid 40s throughout Wyoming.

Rain showers missed Cheyenne to the south late afternoon Sunday. All of I-25 between Cheyenne and Ft. Collins got the rainfall. More broadly, Wyoming saw a big cool down after the cold front passed and polar air from the north cooled Wyoming and neighboring states off from summer temperatures. This will continue into Sunday. Not only by temperatures, but weather potential too as south Wyoming will see a few showers and couple isolated storms Sunday afternoon. Low temperatures around Cheyenne and most of Wyoming will be cooler than usual in the 40s and colder in the northwest into the 30s. Tomorrows high temperatures will be in the 70s for most locations. Enjoy this while you can as temperatures jump to the 80s starting Monday.

Wyoming was spared from the most dangerous weather and was able to catch up with precipitation totals as it received much desired rainfall. Rain and storms will taper off into the Sunday night hours and skies will scatter temporarily at least until Monday afternoon. Sunday has the most concerning weather as severe criteria is not out of the question for eastern Wyoming as starting place as those storms will spill into South Dakota and Nebraska. High winds in excess of 45mph and small hail are possible if a you are to cross one of these severe storm cells. The development of this weather will start in the early afternoon and reach its strength a few hours later as maximum heating approaches. But most of Wyoming will see mostly rain showers, general thunderstorms, and breezy winds for Father’s Day. Low temperatures will be warm tonight mostly in the 60s in the eastern half of the viewing area. Tomorrows high temperatures will range from the 90s in western Nebraska to the 80s and 70s in eastern Wyoming. Out west will drop to the 60s giving the region a much wanted cool down for the next few days.
